I cannot recommend Roseacre enough! It had been 12 years since i last stepped into a dentist due to a deep rooted fear from childhood. I was introduce to lyndsey who took great care of me and never made me feel silly for being so afraid. Unfortunately, I needed my 4 wisdom teeth removed and decided to go ahead at Roseacre rather than risking a hospital procedure. I won’t lie, they were not easy extractions (I have stubborn teeth!) but a mix of sedation and genuinely wonderful staff meant that I laughed and cheered my way through the procedures. To go from being so petrified I couldn’t walk through the door without crying to happily attending my check ups with a smile, just tells you how much of a 5 star practice this really is.

I was petrified about the dentist for years before coming to roseacre to the point i was put as a concerned patient on the dentist computer! My previous dentist used to tut at me and tell me to get on with it and stop being ridiculous! I now see Rebecca and from my first appointment I was out at ease by Rebecca and her assistant straight away! She allows me to go and my own pace and never rushes me into anything. I forever apologise about taking so long to be ready or open my mouth. I still have anxiety about going but I always come out with a smile on my face. I never thought I would be able to go to the dentist without having a major panic before going in but roseacre is incredible from the minute you walk in you the staff put you at ease. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Roseacre have been looking after my teeth since I was a child. I’m delighted with the results from the braces I had as a teenager. I didn’t like it at the time but now as an adult, I have a beautiful smile and no overhang. I really recommend them. They’re so kind and make you feel calm when you’re anxious about visiting the dentist.

Everyone is so friendly and the treatment I receive is so professional. Roseacre dental surgery is honestly the best dental practice I have ever been too. I’ve had a huge amount of work done with them – everything from fillings to root canals and the staff have always been highly professional and gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

I hadn’t been to he dentist for years as I was too nervous about what condition my teeth/gums would be in. I had my first appointment back in January with Lindsay, she talked me through everything she was going to do before hand (lovely dentist, brilliant if you’re extra nervous like I was) A month later I booked in with Phoebe for a hygienist appointment, she is also lovely, talks you through everything, stops and asks if you’re ok before carrying on. Can’t recommend both of them enough! The staff on reception are very helpful and welcoming as well! 5 stars!!

The staff here are brilliant they put you at ease as soon as you walk in the door. The treatment you receive is fabulous. They have now sorted out all the mistakes my nhs dentist did because he didn’t have time. Rebecca takes time in the treatment room especially those of us who don’t like dentists. Now the whole family goes. I pay on the monthly scheme so makes it easier to pay for. Would highly recommend Rebecca, dentist and Kevin the hygenist.

I have been a patient at rosacre for about the last 15 years. The practice is wonderful, the staff are always polite and happy and put their patients at ease. I myself am not at all nervous of the dentist but my husband is terrified. He has received amazing treatment from lyndsey under sedation and can now manage some treatments without sedation. I would highly recommend all the clinicians at the practice if anyone was looking for a new dentist xx

My family have been patients since day one which is over 15 years. Between 3 generations we have different dentists and hygienists at the practice but the same care is given throughout. My problem with sensitive teeth was sorted within one visit which is fantastic. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the whole team are fantastic with children.

The reason – In our experience he is a professional, skilful dentist. He treats his clients with courtesy and respect, giving his patients time and reassurance – advising them of all the possible options available, explaining things to the full and therefore allowing them the opportunity to make informed choices regarding their treatment. Simon has demonstrated sensitivity to our children, particularly when needing tooth extraction for orthodontic treatment. Patience and kindness to a 91 year old lady relative suffering from dementia. In short – excellent dentistry. And the best of all?? He doesn’t hurt!!! (His dental nurses are jolly good too!!) In our view it would be difficult to find a better dentist. We recommend him highly.

Ok. So obviously root canal and crown is a long and expensive process but blimey the guys here make it a lot LESS PAINFUL than it could be.
The staff without exception are professional, gentle and KIND. Recommended!!
